Our concept is based on more than 35 years of industry experience. BEVOLA's specialists, in collaboration with bodybuilders, designers, transporters, and Assali Stefen, have developed a strong axle concept for the Nordic market. The concept is built on high-quality components from carefully selected suppliers, with a clear focus on quality and adaptation to the specific conditions of the Nordic market.
Assali Stefen is an Italian company founded in 1984, renowned worldwide for the design, production, and distribution of steerable axles and suspension systems for trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, and other custom applications. Production is characterized by a strong commitment to quality, close customer collaboration, and meeting specific requirements. The flexibility is high, and the options for custom solutions are significantly easier and more efficient compared to other alternatives.
In 2011, Assali Stefen took over the production of ROR axles, and the integrated suspension system became the foundation of the entire concept. Product development accelerated in the autumn of 2011 when the production of ROR axles was moved to Assali Stefen in Italy. This shift enabled broader technical development and adaptation to Nordic conditions. In 2021, ROR and Assali Stefen were split into two separate product lines. Assali Stefen will continue to produce axles and suspension systems under the ROR brand, while the development of new products will primarily focus on the STEFEN brand.

WHEN THE WORKSHOP DECIDES
Thanks to the integrated spring arms in the axle body, the construction is extremely robust, reducing the need for components. Consequently, the number of required spare parts is significantly reduced. By using standard spare parts, we ensure excellent availability and reliability. With fewer spare parts, storage needs and administrative costs are also reduced. We know service is crucial, which is why we focus heavily on support, expertise, and spare parts inventory.
BEVOLA continuously trains service personnel both locally and at service centers. The number of service points in the Nordic countries is steadily increasing, and through our partners, we ensure the availability of spare parts regardless of where the need arises in the Nordics. We emphasize fast and secure logistics solutions to avoid unnecessary downtime, and, through our partners, we can ensure rapid deliveries when needed.
BEVOGUARD SYSTEM FOR TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING
Reduce fuel consumption and tire wear with BevoGuard, our automatic tire pressure system. BevoGuard ensures constant and desired tire pressure, significantly lowering vehicle operating costs. The system monitors all tires on the trailer and automatically adjusts the pressure if it drops for any reason. All tires are connected to the pump, which is controlled via the vehicle's existing pneumatic system.
Studies show that over 30% of total truck downtime is due to tire issues. BevoGuard is a tire pressure monitoring system designed for trailers, which automatically maintains tire pressure. BevoGuard helps detect minor air leaks, reducing the risk of errors, accidents, and breakdowns. The system also optimizes fuel consumption.
