We do so, for example, when you access content, if you subscribe to our newsletter, take part in competitions or surveys, register yourself as a user or subscriber, other use of services or make purchases via the site.

The types of data we gather and process are typically: a unique ID and technical details on your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location and which pages you click on (interests). When you specifically give your consent and enter data, we also save and process your: name, title, company name, phone number, e-mail, address and payment details. These will usually be gathered when you set up your own log in, or make purchases via Bevola'swebshop.

We also gather data on you when you interact with us personally via correspondence, phone or the social media. We use such personal data to fulfil our obligations concerning contracts and agreements we have with customers, business associates and suppliers. We gather data such as name, title, phone number and e-mail address in addition to your company name and contact details. We can gather feedback, comments and questions from you that we receive in the course of communication concerning services and activities, such as meetings, phone calls, documents and e-mails. Bevola gathers or processes no particular categories of personal data, such as public, unique identifiers or sensitive data.

Security
We have implemented corporate and technical safeguards to prevent your personal data being deliberately or accidentally deleted, published, lost, degraded or disclosed to any unauthorised third party, abused or in general used in breach of the law.

Purpose
The data we gather via our website are used to identify you as a user, and to show you the adverts that will be most likely to be relevant to you, to register purchases and payment and to be able to provide the services you ask for, such as sending you our newsletter. We also use them to optimise our services and content.

We use data gathered via correspondence, phone and the social media to fulfil contractual obligations and to follow up on requests received (customer support, e-mails, chat or phone call). We also send promotional material containing details of our products, events and campaigns. The latter form of communication requires your consent.

Storage period
We store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they have been gathered. We also take into account your needs to be able to answer your questions and requests, or to solve problems, meet statutory requirements laid down by the law, fulfil any other legal requirements or deal with complaints, and implement security measures.

That means that we can keep personal data for a reasonable period of time after your last interaction with us. When the personal data we have gathered are no longer needed, we delete them in a secure manner. We can process data for statistical purposes, but in such instances, they will be anonymised.

Disclosure of data
Data on your use of our website, which adverts you receive and look at, geographic location, gender and age group etc., are only disclosed to third parties when known. You can see which third parties we refer to under "Cookies" above. Such data is used to target advertising.

We also use a number of third parties for the storage and processing of data. They only process data on our behalf and cannot use them for their own purposes.

Personal data such as name, e-mail etc., will only be disclosed if you give your consent to do so. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries able to give your data sufficient protection.

Freedom of access and complaints
You have the right to be told what personal data we process on you. You can also object to the use of your personal data at any time.
