EFFICIENCY AND SAVINGS WITH HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS
In order for trucks to function optimally, it is necessary to have efficient hydraulic systems. At BEVOLA, we have a huge selection of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic centrals, hydraulic tanks etc. from well-known brands such as Parker, Contarini, Penta and Nordhydraulic. With the help of these different components, you achieve better efficiency and savings with hydraulic systems.
When you invest in quality products from recognized manufacturers, such as Parker, Nordhydraulic, Contarini, Penta etc., you ensure that your systems work optimally and reduce operating costs. In addition, it is important to keep your systems maintained regularly so that they always work properly and do not cause unexpected expenses.
HYDRAULIC PUMPS
We have different variants of hydraulic pumps from Parker in stock. We have, among other things, the piston pump in the F1, F2, F3, T1 and VP1 series. The Parker F1, F2 and F3 series of hydraulic pumps all have an operating pressure of up to 400 bar (5,800 psi).
The difference lies in the speeds and sizes:
- F1 hydraulic pump has speeds up to 3050 rpm and is available in sizes from 12-101 cc
- F2 hydraulic pump has speeds of up to 2100 rpm and is available in sizes from 42/42 – 70/70 cc
- F3 hydraulic pump has speeds of up to 2200 rpm and is available in sizes from 81-101 cc.
The Parker T1 hydraulic pump, on the other hand, has an operating pressure of up to 350 bar (5,000 psi). It comes with a maximum speed of up to 2000 rpm and is available in sizes 81-121 cc. The Parker VP1 hydraulic variable pump has operating pressures of up to 420 bar (6,100 psi). It has speeds of up to 3000 rpm and is available in sizes 45-130 cc.
HYDRAULIC VALVES & CENTRALS
Hydraulic valves regulate the flow from the pump to the actuation system. Most hydraulic systems have a series of valves, each of which has its own function. We have a wide selection of valves that both open and close the flow.
BEVOLA has valves and centrals from e.g. Nordhydraulic and Contarini in stock.
HYDRAULIC TANKS
BEVOLA has many different sizes of hydraulic tanks in stock, both for the side of the truck and for the back of the cab. The important thing when choosing a hydraulic tank is that it has the right size for your truck. It must have enough space to hold the proper amount of fluid and allow the flow of that fluid through the pump and valve.
You can also choose our box-tank-system if you also need space for other things. Our box-tank-system consists of BevoBox™ toolboxes and a hydraulic tank of up to 250 liters, located behind the cab.
